Freeride in Vialattea Piedmont Val di Susa
The Vialattea ski area offers a large number of off-piste itineraries, suitable for beginners who want to take their first steps beyond the beaten slopes, for medium-level skiers who want to challenge themselves or for expert skiers looking for the perfect line.Larch forests, open slopes, slopes with soft “pillows” to float in the snow. Whatever type of skier you are, all the possibilities are available in this magnificent mountain area. Let yourself be guided by expert instructors who know every corner of these mountains.
The day will develop as follows: meeting at the Claviere meeting point; ski pass collection and equipment check. Particular attention will be paid to avalanche self-rescue material. Short briefing on the itineraries chosen by the guides based on the snow and weather conditions and the abilities declared by the participants.
At around 9.00 we will take the ski lifts and after a few warm-up slopes we will start with some easy itineraries to better familiarize ourselves with the snow, the off-piste environment and to test the stability conditions of the snow cover.
br> The itineraries proposed are many and of all types. Depending on the level of the participants and the snow conditions, the guide will choose the itineraries suitable for the group. We go from short descents, on the edge of the track, up to absolutely wild descents with 1000 meters of negative altitude difference!
The ski instructor will take care to bring a mountain snack (included in the price) to consume during the activity.
At the request of the participants, it will be possible to stop in the middle of the day to enjoy a typical lunch in a mountain hut, where the specialties of Piedmontese mountain cuisine will be offered.
You will be accompanied by an expert ski instructor, specialized in ski mountaineering and freeriding, associated with Chaberton Outdoor Activities: an association that aims to enhance the territory of Alta Val Susa by offering a vast range of recreational, recreational and sporting activities and l education and public awareness to respect the mountains.
This package was designed for those who love 360° skiing, for those who want to improve themselves and leave their skiing comfort zone.
This package is suitable for skiers of all ages with a medium level of training and decent skiing technique.
