The Gran Paradiso National Park is one of the most fascinating destinations in the entire Alps, famous for its breathtaking peaks, pristine and untouched natural landscapes, and its rich and diverse wildlife and flora. Despite the park being primarily located in high mountain territory (above 1500m a.s.l.), there are many summer itineraries to explore on an e-bike, allowing you to reach 3100m while pedaling in a unique environment and descending on exciting trails with over 1000m of elevation difference! Our 3-day proposal, based in Ceresole Reale, will allow you to discover these magnificent places while riding an e-bike (included in the package) and fully enjoying fun and flowing single tracks during the descent. We will take you to the wild Carro Valley, just after Ceresole Reale, to Colle Leynir (3100m), one of the most picturesque locations in the entire park, especially known for its characteristic reddish sandy terrain where fast-flowing single tracks lead to the Nivolet Plain. The tour concludes with Colle Manteau (2800m) in Valle d'Aosta, a fully cyclable itinerary that allows you to cross the entire Nivolet Plain while pedaling and offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the Gran Paradiso group and the Meyes Valley. You will have the opportunity to visit a pristine area of Piedmont in a sustainable way, authentic and characterized by a highly diverse and wild landscape, especially in the upper valley, thanks to the Gran Paradiso National Park (Italy's oldest protected area, celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2022), which has managed to protect these areas from urbanization and the development of mass tourism that disrespects the natural environment and local folklore. Throughout the trip, you will be accompanied by knowledgeable guides (fluent in English) and all the necessary logistics, allowing you to focus solely on the scenery and cycling in harmony with nature. To fully immerse our guests in the alpine climate and mountain environment, we offer alpine refuge accommodations (with single rooms) as the default option, and all meals consist of local KM0 products. The tour is suitable for moderately trained bikers with average technical skills. The uphill cyclability exceeds 90%, and downhill cyclability exceeds 98%. Some more technical sections can be avoided by taking alternative routes on asphalt. The maximum technical level does not exceed BC / BC / S2. 1° Giorno:

• Meeting in the morning at Ceresole Reale (1600m) with the cycling guides
• Briefing, e-bike delivery and adjustment, departure on asphalt towards Colle del Nivolet
• At an altitude of 1850m, we leave the asphalt road to descend into the Carro Valley
• We ascend the valley on a dirt trail until reaching Alpe Cernera (2330m)
• Lunch break and relaxation
• Start of the descent on single track, with an initial section through alpine meadows, then through pristine pine forests that will take us to the banks of the Orco stream
• We continue on the single track along the right side of the Orco stream until reaching the Chiapili di Sotto hamlet
• From here, we reach Rifugio Muzio, where we will have dinner and spend the night
• It is possible to include the Ceresole Reale lake loop in the tour, adding approximately 10 km and 150m of elevation to the planned route

Technical Characteristics:

This MTB tour is suitable for experienced riders with good skills. The daily distances can reach up to 30 kilometers, with opportunities for breaks and refreshments. The maximum positive elevation gain is approximately 1800 meters.
The maximum technical level does not exceed BC/S2.
The tour can be customized based on the participants' skill levels.

To fully immerse our guests in the alpine climate and mountain environment, our default accommodation option is alpine refuges with single rooms.

From Torino Lingotto, Porta Nuova, or Porta Susa train stations, take the Canavesana railway line towards Rivarolo Canavese.
At Rivarolo, disembark and take the bus to Ceresole Reale.

From Turin-Caselle Airport, take the train to Torino Dora station.
At Torino Dora, take the Canavesana railway line towards Rivarolo Canavese.
At Rivarolo, disembark and take the bus to Ceresole Reale.

From Milan:
From Milan Centrale station, take the train towards Torino Porta Nuova.
From Porta Nuova station, take the Canavesana railway line towards Rivarolo Canavese.
At Rivarolo, disembark and take the bus to Ceresole Reale.

From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the Malpensa Express train to Milan Centrale station.
At Milan Centrale, take a train to Torino Porta Nuova.
At Torino Porta Nuova, disembark, change trains, and take the Canavesana railway line towards Rivarolo Canavese.
Disembark at Rivarolo Canavese station and take the bus to Ceresole Reale.

From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the SADEM bus to Torino Porta Susa station.
From Torino Porta Susa station, take the Canavesana railway line towards Rivarolo Canavese.
At Rivarolo, disembark and take the bus to Ceresole Reale.

By Car from Turin:
Drive towards the north ring road of Turin, take the exit to Caselle, and follow the Torino-Caselle expressway. Take the third exit towards Rivarolo/Parco Gran Paradiso (SS460) and follow it to Ceresole Reale.

By Car from Milan:
Take the A4 highway towards Turin, exit at Santhia' towards Ivrea/Aosta (E25), and at Ivrea, exit again and follow the signs to Ceresole Reale/Parco Gran Paradiso.
